## Objective

Create a PowerPoint deck assessing Aurora Eggs as a potential acquisition target for the Investment Committee.

## Requirements

- Produce a substantive CDD-grade deck.
- Address the target's competitive position along the value chain.
- Address the consumer-demand context that shapes Aurora's risk and opportunity profile.
- Address the input-side cost and risk exposures that bear on Aurora's earnings durability.
- Address the by-product economics, revenue offsets, and any alternative-use optionality that bear on the asset's bottom-line opportunity profile and earnings durability.
