Worst pattern I keep flagging on pre-IC briefings is when the team takes the same point and frames it as both a headline finding and an open question. They're meant to be different beasts: findings are what we now believe; open questions are what we still don't know and need confirmatory to resolve. If a so-called finding has a clear unknown sitting underneath it, it's an open question, not a finding - pick one and move on. The three findings and three open questions should not paraphrase each other across the two groups.",
